Important Merger Information
At the close of business on Friday, April 21, 2017, Cardinal Bank will begin operating as United Bank, pending shareholder and regulatory approval. Cash Management Online clients will be converted to United Bank’s Business eBanking.
  • Customer Factbook and Business eBanking Letter
    Please be on the look-out for our Customer Factbook and Business eBanking letter the week of March 20, 2017. The Factbook and separate letter provide detailed information about important dates, how to access Business eBanking, steps you need to take to prepare for the merger, the preview period for Business eBanking, dates for webinars on Business eBanking, how to log in to Business eBanking, security changes, and more. Additional information will be available at www.BankWithUnited.com/Cardinal.
  • Administrator Tasks
    During the Business eBanking preview period (April 10-April 21), all Cash Management Online system administrators will need to verify and/or update user phone numbers (text and voice), make edits to user information if any changes are made during the preview period, edit templates, etc.
